Key objectives
- Support the development and execution of omni-channel category strategies to drive category and brand growth.
- Assist in identifying and delivering actionable insights based on shopper, customer, and consumer needs across priority channels.
- Contribute to sustainable growth of brands and market share gains through effective collaboration and execution.
Job Responsibilities
1. Category Leadership Support
- Assist in developing omni-channel category strategies and category plans within the MBP process.
- Support the implementation of category trade plans aligned with brand objectives and customer/channel needs.
- Contribute to determining the growth of the Cross-Channel Category by region taking into account the identified opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of differentiated growth strategies for the category in each sales channel.
- Ensure alignment of brand priorities with customer execution through JBP and in-store activations.
- Help analyze data across sales channels, customers, and shopper behavior to generate actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
2. S&OP (Commercial Planning)
- Provide support in the short (MBP) and medium (12Q) term commercial planning process to deliver growth ambition.
- Help track progress of sell-out generation plans and assist in reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Shopper Centricity & Omni-Channel 360
- Assist in integrating insights on category, channel, customer, and competitor into the preparation and delivery of customer activation plans.
- Collaborate with marketing to support product (re)launches and promotional campaigns.
- Support budget planning, promotional scheme, and in store communication strategy.
- Assist in conducting post-campaign ROI analysis and continuous improvement reviews.
4. Revenue Growth Management
- Support the Category Manager and Brand team in the definition and execution of Price Pack Architecture, ensuring profitability for FCV and its channels/customers.
- Assist in evaluating trade investments effectiveness and guide investment choices across Channels and brands.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in field sales, trade marketing of FMCG or related fields
- Skills: Effective at communication, execution and analytical skills
- Good command in English & Advance computer skills in Ms-word, Excel, PowerPoint…
