As a Associate Brand Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives tailored to small businesses. Your role combines data-driven analysis with creative campaign planning to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads across various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development
• Analyze market trends and competitors to craft effective marketing strategies.
• Develop integrated digital marketing plans aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Identify growth opportunities using SEO, content marketing, PPC, and social media.
2. Campaign Execution
• Launch and manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
• Create targeted content strategies including blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce compelling creatives.
3. Track Performance & Analyze Data
• Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and engagement metrics.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze sales data, market research, and consumer behavior- Provide insights to improve campaigns and strategic decisions
4. Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Conduct client onboarding and needs assessments.
• Present strategy proposals and monthly results.
• Educate small business clients on digital best practices and emerging trends.
5. Community Engagement & Automation
- Manage interactions with the community (DMs, comments, polls, etc.)
- Create engagement prompts such as polls, votes, interactive questions, and more
- Set up and manage ManyChat to automate responses and engagement on Instagram and Facebook
- Crisis Communication & Community Monitoring:
+ Support monitoring of social sentiment, questions, and feedback across public channels
+ Flag potential issues or frequently asked questions
6. Paid Advertising Strategy
- Plan and execute ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including:
+ Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
+ Google Ads (Search & Display)
+ YouTube Video Ads
+ TikTok Ads
- Execution includes:
+ Retargeting and audience expansion strategies
+ Advanced A/B testing and phased performance optimization
+ Audience behavior analysis and ad budget planning
7. Assist in Brand Strategy Development
Analyze the market, competitors, and consumers to propose brand strategies- Contribute to building brand positioning and core messaging
8. Coordinate New Product Launches
Work with R&D, design, and sales teams to plan product launches- Ensure brand experience consistency from packaging and messaging to communications
9. Manage Brand Identity
Oversee the use of brand identity elements (logo, tone of voice, guidelines, etc.)- Ensure consistency across all channels and departments
Yêu cầu công việc
Required:
• Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Preferred:
• Experience with small business marketing or startups.
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, or Hootsuite.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
• Competence in reading performance dashboards (Meta, Google, website traffic tools, etc.)
• Understanding of UX/UI and web content structuring to ensure a consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints
• Ability to maintain visual and verbal brand consistency across all materials and digital platforms
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and audience segmentation, especially in education or personal development sectors
• Experience contributing to strategic brand messaging frameworks
• Ability to interpret competitive landscape and emotional motivators driving purchasing decisions
