Associate - Business Development

● Knowledge management and research:
○ Leverage research internal and external sources to facilitate/prepare for key firm initiatives, big bets, campaigns.
○ Draft content for communications, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings, thought leadership,
○ Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with business objectives and effectively communicates our value proposition.
○ Work with LoS teams on key proposals/presentations and to conduct industry/client research, as and when required.
● Pursuit (PwC sales methodology): work with the team to plan and implement the campaign across the firm, including coordinating with various internal stakeholders from different business units and supporting other relevant Pursuit initiatives.
● Client Feedback: Support the team in client feedback planning, implementation and reporting in accordance with the network’s global brand standards and guidelines.
● Other initiatives:
○ Work with the team to prepare for meetings/workshops, data and reporting insights, leveraging firmwide CRM system
○ Work with a wider Marketing & Communications team to support the development and execution of marketing communication plans across multiple channels, provide support in organising and executing events, webinars, and other promotional activities (if required).
Yêu cầu công việc
● Educational Background: Business degree major in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, and other relevant degrees.
● Skills and Experience:
○ Minimum 1 year’ experience in the field of business related, financial service.
○ Experience in a similar role, with previous experience in a Big 4 preferred. Research background and analytical skills is a bonus
○ Good interpersonal, communication, coordination and follow-up skills. Proficient written and spoken English.
● Attributes:

○ Proactive and results-driven mindset.Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
○ Strong organizational, multitasking and strategic thinking abilities. Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
● Digital proficiency:
○ High level of proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) or G-suites.
○ Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform is a plus.
○ Willingness to explore and adopt digital tools to enhance efficiency
