At PwC Vietnam, Capital Projects & Infrastructure team helps clients in both the public and private spaces with a focus on advisory services for infrastructure development. Our team delivers a fully integrated service offering advising clients across the entire project or asset life cycle. We do this by bringing together diverse functional and sector expertise on a global basis. We have been engaged to serve as a consultant to multilateral/bilateral institutions, foreign and local private developers and owners/operators, and public sector institutions, etc. Our sectors of influence include energy (power, renewable energy, power generation, and electric supply), utilities (water supply, wastewater, and sanitation), urban development (urban planning and development and real estate development), transport (road, rail, airports, sea/river port, carriage services), and social (medical and education).

Under the guidance of manager(s) and senior team members, the Associate is expected to carry out the following tasks:
• Conduct insightful research into target industries and companies
• Develop technical expertise around Capital Projects & Infrastructure advisory
• Utilise efficiently analytical frameworks and tools to solve and manage complex assignments
• Prepare projects’ inputs and contribute to develop projects’ outputs
• Assist to conduct feasibility studies and financial and commercial analysis of projects and companies
• Participate in developing financial models and assist in complex data analysis and modeling including preparing visual representations of data
• Prepare/write related documents such as the information memorandum, project briefs, presentation materials, industry analyses, among others
• Prepare pitch decks, market materials, other business development documents, and proposals
• Participate in client meetings and assist with preparing meeting agendas and minutes
• Assist in developing work plans and budget estimates
• Contribute to the team meetings and discussions
• Comply with internal guidelines
• Translation of relevant documents into English and Vietnamese
• Other support to fulfil a project or assignment
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Banking, Management, Planning, Engineering, etc.)
• Fresh Graduates or 01 – 03 year(s) of experience. Preference would be given to candidates with work experience in relevant fields with the Big 4 and CP&I, i.e., experience in financing & investment/project management in Energy & Power/Water, wastwater & Sanitation/Real Estate/Transportation & Aviation sectors.
Competencies and personal qualities:
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers
• Able to demonstrate capability to work in a team of multi-culture and independently
• Able to demonstrate capability to work effectively in dynamic environment
• Good attitude and ability to work under time pressure
• Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and can-do spirit
• Confident, self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, committed and dedicated
