Deals Strategy helps our clients navigate Vietnam’s market in regard to new investment (market assessment, entry, expansion, and feasibility studies) or the full deal cycle (through due diligence and commercial strategy). Vietnam’s market provides significant opportunities as well as challenges for both existing companies and new investors, and our team works to add value to our clients by addressing their commercial, competitive, strategic, and regulatory concerns in the course of investment.

Hard Skills:
● Proficiency in basic computer, research, and analysis tools;
● Proficiency in financial analysis / quantitative analysis;
● Proficiency in data manipulation & and analysis;
● Proficiency in report / business writing;
● Proficiency in the structuring of market sizing cases, value chain analysis, and other common models for analysis;
● An understanding of and perspective on relevant issues within the Vietnamese market; and
● Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
Additional preferences (not required):
● Previous relevant experience in Deals work / analysis;
● Experience relating to both Vietnamese and foreign companies;
● Skills specifically with digital tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
