Job Description
The job holder is responsible to lead NBM channel, including digital business and Tele/Direct digital sales (TMDM) to develop and execute the strategies to drive e-commerce sales across the digital platforms via 360* integrated communications, activation and sales approach, while ensuring the best-in-class customer experiences and partnership management.
• Strategic Planning: Develop short-term integrated channels strategies including all wining weapons as: Platform Development, Promotion Programs and Activities, Partnership development to achieve ambitious growth of NBM customer base & APE;
• Growth & Innovation Strategy: Identify and pursue opportunities to drive growth through efforts focused on launching new digital native products/ selling platforms/ partnership; expanding the marketable base, testing new offers & promotion programs; improving targeting and segmentation, and optimizing marketing creative;
• Market & Customer Intelligence: Continually monitor initiatives & data to extract valuable customer insights, category trends, competitive landscape and company performance to reflect on NBM winning strategies;
• Effectively manage the perfect execution of always-on activities including Digital Awareness & Acquisition campaigns (Creative Development; Effective Media Buying), Offline Activation Programs; as well as annual flagship campaigns (eg. FWD Music Fest Online Acquisition) to achieve sales target while ensuring brand advocacy;
• Continually develop new partnerships towards strategic large-base partners, affiliate partners/ e-commerce partners to widening source of growth;
• Lead NBM team
• Provide strong people leadership and management to advocate a culture of high performance, inclusiveness and growth
Job Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields;
• Marketing, Business Development experiences (eg: Digital marketing/ E-commerce) at Digital-based companies/FMCG/Insurances/ Banks and at least 5 years in middle-management level;
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives;
• Excellent partnership management skills with strong background in building relationship and influencing bank/ digital/ affiliate/ e-commerce/ etc. partners;
• Project Management: well-organized, and able to lead multiple projects/ assignments with varying deadlines and high level of complexity;
• Collaboration (Able to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders eg: Operation, IT, Risk, NBU, Customer Services, etc.);
• Entrepreneurship: Innovative, Forward Leaning, Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and able to bring something fresh and beneficial for the company;
• Leadership: Ability to manage direct reports, provide guidance, support, advice, coaching and mentoring skills towards high performance team.
