Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director/ Senior Sales Manager (Project Sales) to lead and grow our project sales initiatives across Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi in Vietnam. This role primarily focuses on IT cabling project sales within the Data Centre & Critical Infrastructure sectors, along with driving strategic commercial performance and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, project management capabilities, and deep industry knowledge to foster long-term client relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Drive project sales with a strong focus on DC solution.
• Ensure all sales costing proposals are vetted and approved by the HOD prior to submission.
• Work closely with management to support the accreditation process and related compliance activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments to support the expansion strategy.
• Maintain active engagement with key stakeholders including Corporate Group DC influencers, affiliated companies, consultants, and business communities.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to propose competitive and tailored solutions for clients, especially within the Data Centre & Critical Infrastructure industry.
• Define and implement strategies to consistently optimize commercial and sales performance.
• Serve as a key brand ambassador to enhance the company’s image in the competitive marketplace.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and review of marketing strategy plans and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure adherence to company credit policies.
• Support the project execution team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in developing project procurement strategies and benchmarking exercises.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to align business goals and execution plans.
• Provide support to Facilities Management (FM) sales when required.
Sales Execution & Leadership:
• Develop and manage weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets aligned with the company's goals.
• Manage assigned client accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Leverage experience to mentor teammates, foster collaboration, and maximize sales potential as a team.
• Help shape the team culture by promoting vision and values.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, preferably in the electrical or mechanical disciplines but not compulsory.
• Candidate should have a proven experience of at least 5 years in project sales, preferably within Data Centre infrastructure, IT cabling, or critical systems.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam market landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical ability to assess market trends and formulate winning sales strategies.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing external partnerships.
• High levels of motivation, self-discipline, and strategic thinking.
