Associate Lawyer

• Assisting Senior Lawyers and GPL’s management

• Guiding, training and managing paralegals’ work and deliverables

• Liaising with clients on legal, licensing, global mobility, and tax services

• Liaising with governmental authorities and agencies

• Having strong research capabilities

• Providing legal and tax advice on various matters to clients

• Supporting communication with the governmental authorities

• Other tasks as assigned from time to time according to the needs of the firm

• Assist Senior Lawyers and GPL management with legal and administrative tasks.

• Guide, train, and oversee the work and deliverables of paralegals.

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients on legal, licensing, global mobility, and tax matters.

• Maintain effective communication and relationships with governmental authorities and agencies.

• Conduct thorough legal and regulatory research.

• Provide clients with comprehensive legal and tax advice on a wide range of issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the firm.

• Qualified lawyer in Vietnam

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a legal department or law firm with exposure to corporate, labor, and tax matters

• Legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment
