Job Description

1. AD Agency Recruitment and selection:
• Develop and update AD Agency recruitment and selection, on boarding procedures
• Collaborate with hiring managers on sourcing; interview and giving valuable for recruitment decision making
• Be able to handle or explain for AD heads/managers on AD’s compensation, benefits and other requirements

2. High performer development
Build the content of orientation program on operational sales management. Organize the orientation program and given the analysis on the effectiveness of the program. Keep enhancing the content base on needs and analysis.
• Build the framework for high performer assessment;
• Implement regularly performance review appraisal process. Work with planning team for a plan to improve performance for under performer
• Giving ideas on loyalty program, recognition program for high performer

3. AD agency Administration Management
• Be in charge of develop policies relating to AD administration process
• Develop headcount and expenses tracking report and update regularly. Closely work with planning team to ensure budget ADM partner under control
• Work with AD heads for recruitment plan
• Ensure the close supervision on document filing for audit purposes

4. Team development:
• Deliver, supervise team to work and collaborate effectively.

5. Ad-hoc projects/ assignments/ tasks required from Manager/Department Head.

Job Requirements

• University degree and at least 3-4 years working experience in agency administration
• Prefer candidates having experience in life insurance and in supervisor position
• Prefer candidates having knowledge in agency regulation
