Your Impacts
• Team Support: Lead and mentor the Vietnam packaging team in their daily activities, fostering consistency, growth mindset and enhancing team performance and talent development.
• Project Management: Ensure that packaging project timelines and company standards are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration with packaging, product design, product development, and Play Lab across Vietnam, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and the US.
• Vendor Management: Build a positive relationship and work closely with printing vendors to ensure the printing quality and timely delivery are met.
• Innovation & Development: Stay updated on packaging design trends and sustainable alternatives, while driving process improvement and formulating creative problem solving for packaging projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Year of Experience: A min. 5 years of packaging graphic design & printing related experience in toys industry or consumer products sector, ideally within MNCs
- Leadership Experience: A min. 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Graphic/Packaging Design
- Language:
+ Proficient in English (writing, speaking and listening).
+ Basic Mandarin speaking and listening skills are a plus.
- Key Soft Skills:Communication Skills; Leadership: Stakeholder Management; Problem Solving; Creativity and Innovation; Multi-tasking
- Technical skills & Knowledge:Adobe design softwares (PhotoShop and Illustrator), Printing Processes Knowledge; Packaging Materials & Structure Knowledge, Microsoft office, Skills and knowledge in other design software such as Blender, Dimension and AI will be an advantage
- Other requirements : Local travelling to vendors is required
