Associate Product Manager/ Product Owner With Good Design Sense

You’ll own part of our products and lead it to success.

You will do:

• Design Sense: You’ll work with Design & Tech team to create great solutions. You are expected to have high quality standard, great design sense and collaboration capability with the design team to create awesome UI UX.

• Data & Research: Data driven validated learning is what you will seek, to improve the product & create growth. You are expected to be great at deciding meaningful data metrics and making experimentation plans. You’ll understand users, their expectations and pain points in great depth. You’ll do user research, market research and analyze user data. You will convert these knowledge into opportunities for growth by designing AB tests & product improvement plans.

• Experimentation: From the insights, you’ll form hypotheses and validate them by AB tests or other proper ways. You will design the experiment & run the build-measure-learn cycle.

• Build: You’ll write product specs that the Tech team can use. You’ll collaborate closely with them to get features launched. You will create and maintain documentations, learnings and related knowledge in organized-transparent ways.

• Product Analytics: You are great at understanding user data and activities and a pro user of google analytics.. You’ll define metrics of your products, work with tech to get tracking implemented, monitor the results, analyze and iterate.

● Design: You have a great understanding of good design & user experience trends. You are familiar with design tools like Figma. You must be a detailed person & have a high standards.

● Logical thinking: You must have logical & critical thinking skills. You can debate constructively with data & rationales.

● Communication skill: You’re a great communicator, both verbal & non-verbal. We use English as the main work-language.

● Technical skill: We build & run tech startups with websites & apps. This role will be planning what gets built and how. Though it is not a must to come from a tech background, it is crucial that you have a technical understanding on these matters. It is a must to understand the responsibilities of a Product Manager in great depth and we follow the standard of Ben Horowitz’s “Good product manager, Bad product manager” in this matter.

● Data & analytics: You are awesome with data analytics. When planning a feature, you will know what to measure to define success-failure of the feature. You will also keep a check on how each new feature aligns with the key business metrics and goals.

● Good project management skill, familiar with Scrum/Agile, so you can keep the backlog organized & work with tech teams to deliver fast.

● Ambitious: We need someone who is hungry & has a desire to make an impact. You are expected to be innovative, logical and brave in leading the next evolution of our products.
