Role Overview:
Lead the growth of Traveloka's social media presence across key platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement and business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution
Social Media:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with Traveloka’s business goals and objectives.
Define, track, monitor, organize, and evaluate key metrics, KPIs, and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for social media performance evaluation.
Experiment with new ideas and approaches to improve social media performance and engagement.
Lead the team to plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns on owned and external platforms to drive business growth.
Own priority channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Community groups, manage cross-functional workflows for content ideation, creation and distribution
Community:
Lead and oversee community program execution through online and offline initiatives.
Set, monitor and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for growing, engaging and retaining the community.
Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for community program strategy & execution process.
Be the voice and communication channel of Traveloka to the communities: listen closely to communities and provide key insights on feedback and latest industry trends internally.
Work with other teams to identify and execute on opportunities for community growth and integration of community marketing programs into overall digital and brand marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership
Manage a team of 6 people to build social media strategy and enhance Traveloka’s meaningful presence on social platforms through: owned channel contents, influencers, community, and media.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
Develop and maintain a positive work environment that encourages learning, growth, and development.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with product marketing, business teams, platform, customer care, central social media, and brand strategy teams to build and reconstruct the social media muscles of Traveloka in Vietnam.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
