Audit Manager

Responsibilities - Lead and manage Financial Audit Team under the supervision of Senior Manager/Director; - Lead and develop audit teams that deliver effective results; - Expose to board level management and more challenging role with clients; - Become a trusted advisor, creating real value to clients; - Build leadership and development skills; - Self-develop and develop audit associates & seniors following Career - ----Development Ladder of RSM Vietnam and their career inspirations; - Build personal values in accordance with RSM Vietnam’s core values; - Enjoy internal, external and overseas mobility opportunities; - Network and develop new customers and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications - Background in accounting, auditing, corporate finance; - At least 6 years of experience in auditing (experience at TOP 10 audit firms in Vietnam is an asset); - Having a CPA or equivalent is an asset; - Good command of English; - Strong leadership, good communication and presentation skills; organization and project management skills; - Dynamic, creative, high sense of responsibility; - Willing to travel if necessary.
