Key responsibilities

Training

• Identify training need across different levels, particularly Hanoi team members

• Support in developing training plans

• Facilitate training for Hanoi team members

• Manage Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance and documentation

Technical

• Assist in updating firm manuals, templates, and policies in accordance with professional standards

• Provide guidance and technical support to engagement teams on complex audit or accounting issues

• Assist in technical updates and ensure firmwide compliance with latest accounting, auditing standards

• Support in necessary release of technical updates

Administration and Reporting

• Provide guidance and technical support to engagement teams on complex audit or accounting issues

• Assist in technical updates and ensure firmwide compliance with latest accounting, auditing standards

• Support in necessary release of technical updates

• Maintain accurate training records and prepare management reports (e.g. training hours, attendance and compliance rates)

• Oversee the Learning Management Systems (LMS) on training records

• Update calendar invites for trainings

• 5-8 years of experience in auditing field.

• Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Strong willingness to learn new technical topics and in turn create practical training content for use.

• Experience in delivering internal training sessions is an advantage.

• Holding a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia) is a plus.
