Senior Accountant/ Manager – Vietnam Office (Supporting Australian Clients)

Salary: AUD 2,000 – 3,700 (Higher packages available for exceptional candidates with strong Australian tax and Xero experience. 85% pro rata during probation)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City (hybrid flexibility available)

About the Role

KonceptM is an Australian accounting and advisory firm. We are looking for a reliable Senior Accountant / Manager to work closely with our Sydney Client Director overseeing Australian tax and accounting work while leading and reviewing the team’s output.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, and SMSFs.

• Prepare and lodge tax returns, BAS and IAS.

• Manage Xero bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journals.

• Handle GST, CGT, Div 7A, and tax planning matters.

• Review trust deeds, distribution minutes, and ensure ATO compliance.

• Train and supervise junior accountants and maintain communication with Sydney.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / business.

• 4–6 years’ experience with Australian accounting or taxation.

• Strong Xero skills (Xero Tax preferred).

• Excellent English (written & spoken).

• CPA qualified or working towards (support provided).
