Automation Tester

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements and work with clients across different domains and industries

• Design and implement the test strategy, workflow/framework used for automated testing in the project in relation to the software development and CI/CD

• Collaborate in project teams to test developed applications in a structured and successful way

• Develop and document test cases and test plans based on functional and technical requirements along with writing guidelines for test automation processes

• Create, execute and maintain automated scripts

• Manage and report on test deliverables and test execution

• Take responsibility for certifying the quality of the solution

• Create and execute manual test scripts as needed

• Work and collaborate in an agile international environment with experienced and skilled colleagues in Vietnam and Europe

• Plan and organize your own work and accurately report issues and progress in a timely manner

• Identify areas for own personal development

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within a relevant IT specialization

• Good English skills both in writing and verbally

• At least 2-4 years of experience from a similar position

• Strong understanding of software development, testing methodologies and developing test automation frameworks

• Hands on experience in building test automation frameworks – preferably using technologies such as .Net, Selenium, Katalon, Cucumber, Jenkins and batch testing

• Experience in using tools for test management, tracking defects, capturing test evidence and analyzing data

• Open towards, and able to quickly learn, new technologies

• Effectively estimate work and produce deliverables on time
