Overall Purpose of the Job: Drive sales performance and foster productive relationships with the dealer network. This position is responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. By providing training, guidance, and support to dealers, the Sales Deputy Manager plays a crucial role in building a strong, customer-focused sales team.
Main responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals: set targets for dealers and achieve them by frequently visiting the dealership.
- Manage stores: Manage dealers’ daily sales activities, conduct training, and maintain dealer motivation.
- Guide dealers to improve customer satisfaction: frequently visit dealerships and work with them to develop advanced customer service skills and respond to customer needs, requests, and all inquiries.
- Control inventory: Make sure dealers adhere to stock standards of vehicles.
- Monitor dealers to comply with our sales policies and utilize digital systems.
- Analyze sales data and report: understand market trends, competitor trends, problems, and challenges faced by dealers, and report regularly and timely to superiors and General Director not only situation but countermeasures and action plans.
- Ensure Dealers comply with laws and regulations related to automobile sales (Decree 116, etc.).
- Plan and execute educational programs: to design teaching materials and training programs, clarify learning objectives for dealers, and convey information in a format that is easy for participants to understand.
- Find candidates and set up new dealers: find potential dealers as well as provide detailed support up to the point of setting up a dealer.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

Criteria for recruitment
- Age: From 22 and above
- PC skills: Microsoft Office
- Language level: Good English/ Japanese
- Enterprising has the ability to work and act practically

Hà Nội: Hoa Dang Building, Floor 6, 290 Nguyen Trai, Trung Van, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi
**Can select preferred workplace location
- Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
