Automotive High Voltage Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Dây Điện Cao Thế (Salary 15-20M)

Position Responsibilities

- Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of HV wiring commodities.

- Develops and maintains work statements for new designs on assigned commodities.

- Participates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate BOM creation and preliminary costing for prototypes and seria production

- Analise functional and physical recommendations to assure development of complete integrated design.

- Generate and maintain wire diagrams for released designs. Individuals shall be able to work under the general direction of the lead engineer.

- Provide mentoring of new team members and associated teams.

- Strong attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment

- Results oriented and take ownership of projects

Qualifications and Skills Required

- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology or manufacturing engineering technology

- 4+ years of experience in an electrical engineering role in the Automotive environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills. Communication in English.

- Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills.

- Minimum 3 years of electrical schematic creation and harnessing experience

- Experience with electrical schematic tools and Teamcenter PLM

- Experience auditing wiring harnesses and GD&T

- Experience with electric distribution system, such as HV wiring, LV wiring, EV battery pack, 3 in 1

- Understanding of AIAG quality tools and production quality systems

- This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Hanoi. Occasional trips to Haiphong
