1. Dealing and developing the strategic Plan for Key Account Business across the country for increasing market share, net sales and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.
2. Evaluates Johnson Controls’ overall customer satisfaction performance and leads initiatives that drive company improvement of customer satisfaction and proactive resolution on customer issues
3. Analyzes assigned markets and current business performance to ensure strategies are on course to meeting planned profits and makes adjustments to the plan when necessary.
4. Researches the local/branch business environments and local/branch community including legislative, purchasing, and market trends and shares research with local branch management
5. Support distributor in lauching marketing schemes to promote sales volume.
6. Coordinate with SCM & Sales Ops for sales order and delivery timely to customers.
** DUTIES of B2B Sales:
1. Work with other HVAC/ACMV Sales Engineers in providing distinctive sales support in HVAC/ACMV equipment, system design and HVAC/ACMV system solutions to satisfy customers’ needs
2. Develop the plans for the equipment sales business in the assigned market segment. Developing the equipment sales business in possession of sustainability, quality earning and continual growth
3. Executing the initiatives and committing to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results
4. To ensure the success of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Leadership Review Plan (LRP) objectives to his business segment within the HVAC/ACMV sales department
5. Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
6. Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmes
7. To manage the secured projects diligently in terms of costing, timely planning of delivery schedule with the factory and the service department, minimise additional rework or unplanned cost and ensure prompt collection
8. Foster strong customer’s relationship with all customers enabling the company to achieve highly profitability and excellent payment collection position at all time

2. Minimum 2 years and above experience in sales of air-con or industrial equipment
3. Possess own transport
4. Good command of English is an advantage (must good at English for B2C position)
5. Good skills of communication and negotiation
6. Honest, creative thinking
