B2B Event Specialist

Event Planning:

- Develop detailed plans for all client events throughout the year, including major events and seasonal/campaign-based events.

- Clearly define the goals and accompanying budget for each event campaign.

Execution and Promotion:

- Organize and participate in events, conferences, and exhibitions (e.g., Unitour, Partner Event, etc.) to promote the company's image and solutions to business clients.

- Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing efforts with the Marketing department (Email, Content, SEO, etc.) to optimize event effectiveness.

Relationship Building:

- Proactively build and maintain sustainable relationships with partners and potential clients at these events.

- Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential clients through direct and indirect marketing activities.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Collect and analyze market data to understand the trends and needs of business clients (Trends & Needs).

- Research competitors to identify their strengths/weaknesses and propose effective competitive strategies.

Reporting & Improvement:

- Generate detailed reports and provide improvement suggestions based on post-event and campaign analysis results

- Professional Knowledge: Extensive understanding of B2B Events and accompanying Marketing tools (Email Channels, Content, SEO).

- Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience in B2B Event Management.

- Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and writing abilities to convey messages clearly and persuasively.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions based on specific information.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget.
