Principal duties and responsibilities
A. Be able to introduce company to targeted clients:
- Understand company process, price policy and core business
- Be acquainted with 1600 items ( remember the items, item number, its function, etc..)
- Get the idea about plastic industry ( raw material specification, injection process, etc…)
- Have sufficient knowledge about company strength comparing with other manufacturers
- Be master of company presentation by cold-call or by off-line meeting
B. Follow up with existing customer:
- Take care of existing orders, working with other departments to complete the order as client’s requirement and collect the payment on time: Receive new enquiry = make quotation = chase up with client’s feedback = confirm order = release internal order to factory = follow up the production schedule = release shipment = collect payment.
- Collaborate with factory and purchasing department to ensure the order has no mistake and no delay
- Be able to solve the rising issue related to the orders
- Prepare quotation
- Develop current client by offering new product, proposal-call
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
C. Looking for new clients:
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) by
any and all means necessary.
- Use available data and define potential customer in markets.
- Seek the potential Request for Quotation (RFQ) by using company’s Alibaba account
- Make cold-call to prospect
- Introduce company and products to customer.
- Search for new client leads.
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Invite customer to visit and arrange meetings, exhibitions.
- Make quotations and track with the buyers’ enquiries, shipments, samples, ..
- Release order, follow up with process and payment term.
- Introduce and update new items to current customer and potential customers.
- Follow up with factory to conduct client’s requested audit
- Work with engineer and purchasing department to quote for the new developed item
- Support factory to carry proceed the inspection, product quality checking, testing issue, etc..
- Report the client situation every week to manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience : 1-2 years or having basic knowledge about export sales or plastic industry
• Good oral and written English skills. Prefer to candidates who study abroad.
• Considerable knowledge of retail systems, Sales experience required, have knowledge about plastic industry, marketing, sales, foreign trade, .. and online marketing as a plus.
• Computer skills & Stable work history
• Having ability to learn and adapt to new working Environment
• Hard working and responsible
• Be able to learn and understand about company detail in 2 weeks.
• Graduate from majors in Business Administration, English, Economy, Foreign trade, Sales
* Languages:
- Must-be-fluent English in 04 skills;
- European-country's language ability will be much preferred, e.g. Spanish, German, etc.

Working time: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. (Monday - Friday)
