As a PD B2B Sales KAM, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients (both partners & end-users), and driving sales growth for the company.
Preferred with candidates experiencing in Government or Education (Gov./Edu)
- Has been working for SI partners in verticals of Gov./Edu;
- Has been working with PICs from customers (partners/general contractors or end-users/investors/owners) in preparing/building bidding documents;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement projects, monitor bidding documents and bidding procedures during project implementation;
- Research competitors, advise superiors on current market and new trends;
- Understand the process of preparing and participating in bidding for Gov./Edu. projects
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and end-customers;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends;
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients;
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery;
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance;
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships within the industry;
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and share knowledge with colleagues.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Consumer Electronics field and/or Government or Education vertical. Understanding Professional Display products and solutions are preferred;
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships;
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques;
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, Sales Forecast Management System (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office;
- Willingness to travel for client meetings;
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
