Job description
We are currently looking for a senior candidate who will work as a Project Sales Executive to join our Korean Project team. This position requires extensive experience in project sales, specifically in the field of systems air conditioning and commercial air conditioning. Join us and contribute to our success in the market.
Working place: HCMC
Product: VRF (System Airconditioner), Chiller, AHU, BMS.
Description:
• Identify and create new business opportunities in the market.
• Manage key accounts and develop special caring programs to strengthen relationships with customers, including contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants to ensure product specification.
• Establish relationships with contractors to secure projects.
• Follow up and negotiate with customers to ensure timely payment, collaborating with the Finance team as needed.
• Expand the sales network by acquiring new customers and partners.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress reports to the team leader.
• Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and gather relevant information.
• Manage stock inventory.
• Handle documentation tasks such as contracts, payments, deliveries, and approvals.
Job requirements
• Experienced in projects sales/B2B sales, at least 5 years of experience in Project field
• Excellent relationship-building skills with key accounts, contractors, and consultants.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English are required, knowing Korean is a plus
• Proven ability to identify and create new business opportunities.
• Have Technical knowledge about commercial air conditioning, system air conditioning
• Willing to go business trip in provinces
*We can accept candidates who have B2B/project sales experience, good network in B2B/project field and good English.
