1. Sales & Client Acquisition
• Proactively identify, target, and engage with key decision-makers within B2B sectors (e.g., real estate, hospitality, residential interiors).
• Effectively conduct in-depth business consultations, clearly communicating project possibilities, large-scale project scope, budgeting, and Space T's unique value propositions for enterprise partners.
• Demonstrate persuasive sales skills to negotiate and convert enterprise leads into multi-year or high-value contracts, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, including project plans, detailed cost estimates, timelines, and design concepts tailored for business clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Establish and maintain strong, strategic B2B relationships built on trust, transparency, and clear communication.
• Regularly follow-up with potential and existing business clients, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and large-scale contract expansion, leveraging existing enterprise relationships.
3. Contract Management & Documentation
• Supervise the preparation, negotiation, and execution of project contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Manage comprehensive project documentation, including budget tracking, client agreements, procurement records, and progress reports.
4. Market & Industry Insights
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing sales strategies, service offerings, and business processes based on industry insights.
5. Team management
• Manage the sales team to ensure that each salesperson meets their KPI.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales and key account management, specifically securing large contracts in interior design, construction, real estate, or related service industries.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully closing high-value business contracts and achieving/exceeding enterprise sales targets.
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and contract review/structuring skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficient with AI tools and technology.
