B2B Sales Staff (Industrial Products) Chinese Speaking

Department: Sales – Industrial / Mechanical / CNC / Electronics / Steel

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Travel Requirement: 60–80% (Domestic & Regional), visiting clients

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Staff with strong Mandarin (Chinese) communication skills (equivalent to HSK4 or above, particularly in listening and speaking) to join our B2B sales team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining business relationships within the industrial, mechanical, electronics, CNC, and steel sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand B2B sales pipelines across targeted industrial sectors.

Conduct customer visits (up to 60–80% of work time), provide product presentations, technical consultation, and build long-term business relationships.

Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads and RFQs.

Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions based on customer needs.

Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to management.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required.

Gender: Male (due to job nature, involving frequent business travel and onsite client visits).

Language: Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4 equivalent or higher – strong in listening and speaking); Vietnamese or English is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors (mechanical, CNC, electronics, or steel).

Willing to travel frequently, sometimes at short notice.

Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and a proactive sales mindset.

Background in mechanical/electrical engineering is an advantage.
