We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist focusing on providing product support to Garmin customers. In this role, you’ll handle all customer service related to Customer Call Center to include those received by telephone and e-mail with the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibility
Provide prompt and effective responses to customers include trouble shootings, pre-buy inquiries, warranty inquiries, among other matters
Maintain accurate records of all customer service activities
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Strive to be an expert in all of Garmin products and Services
Job Requirements
· Education (degree, major): College’s degree and above
· Specific skills: Communication and problem-solving skills
· Personality: Positive, works well under pressure, high stability, strong “can-do” and customer-oriented
· Language: Vietnamese is a must, English or Chinese is a plus
· Others: Understanding and having experience in electronics devices
