B2C Sales Manager (Interior)

1. Sales & Client Acquisition
• Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their interior design and construction needs.
• Effectively conduct client consultations, clearly communicating project possibilities, scope, budgeting, and unique value propositions.
• Demonstrate persuasive sales skills to convert leads into signed contracts, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, including project plans, detailed cost estimates, timelines, and design concepts.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and clear communication.
• Regularly follow-up with potential and existing clients, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals, leveraging existing relationships to expand our client base.
3. Design and Technical Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with the design team to translate client requirements into compelling, client-aligned 2D/3D design proposals.
• Clearly communicate client needs, preferences, and feedback to internal design and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
4. Contract Management & Documentation
• Supervise the preparation, negotiation, and execution of project contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Manage comprehensive project documentation, including budget tracking, client agreements, procurement records, and progress reports.
5. Market & Industry Insights
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing sales strategies, service offerings, and business processes based on industry insights.
6. Team management
• Manage the sales team to ensure that each salesperson meets their KPI.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 4-5 years of proven success in sales within interior design, construction, real estate or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective client engagement and project conversion.
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
