Mô Tả Công Việc
- Quantity: 01 position working as Back Office Staff
- Open to: qualified applicants in Vietnam
- Language of resume is in English
Back Office function: Back Office section independent with dealers in order to provide more support to the dealer’s daily operations and to ensure that internal controls are being properly carried out.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting trade confirmation procedures – including tracking and following up of all un-received confirmations;
- Handling of all trade disparities;
- Tracking of used and unused trade tickets;
- Payment/ Receipt of funds on settlement dates;
- Drawing up of formal contracts, delivery and dispatch of relevant instructions;
- Producing all relevant reports including reconcilement;
- Monitoring and controlling of dealing room recorded conservations;
- Checking and monitoring compliance;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Major in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or in related fields;
- Candidates with certificate ACCA, CPA or relevant qualifications are preferred;
- Good understanding of MS Office;
- Strong attention to details with excellent analytical skills;
- Good attitude on work; being able to work independently as well as collaboratively;
- Fresh candidates can be acceptable;
