2. Manage distributor partners as well as other sales agents. Discover and prospect for new opportunities. Develop and implement suitable strategy for each channel.
3. Demonstrate and uphold the company's core values, mission and vision. Monitor competitive and market activity. Compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities.
4. Plan promotional schedules, collaborate on marketing programs. Effectively manage trade spend. Communicate account activity/results via internal processes.
5. Undertake other tasks assigned by Department Head.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
▪ University degree and above, preferably in relevant fields
Experience:
▪ At least 05 years’ experiences, preferably working experience in Insurance Industry.
Skills:
▪ Clear communications skills, both written and verbal
▪ Excellent sense of prioritization and time management
▪ Fluency in both Vietnamese & English
Other requirements (if any):
▪ Well-organized, careful, self-driven, dynamic and creative
▪ Accuracy, pay attention to details
▪ Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems skills and adapt to the new environment.
