Bancassurance System Development (12-Month contract)

PURPOSE

Responsible for managing Represent partnership to enhance Banca systems including:

• LEAD Management system (LTS)

• SAM Report tracking

• Bank Portal

• FWD CUBE

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Provide end-to-end (Business Requirement, UAT, and enhancement) for all Banca sales system to align with company strategy.

• Collect, gathering, validating, and documenting all sales/partners requirements.

• Work with IT to propose/update systems solutions to sales/partners before developing.

• Prioritize the requirements with IT team to align with business requirements.

• Document and make user guide to train for FSC/BSM/Bankers.

• Other support: ready to support any new request, ad-hoc request from line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree (IT, BA, Data Analysis).

• At least 3-4 years of life insurance experience at similar roles, IT background is preferable.

• Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.

• High proficiency in process management, risk management.

• Knowledge in System Development.

• Strong skill of Business Analyst.

• Highly proficient in standard software (e.g. MS Office), SQL Server Inquiry and database analysis tools.

• Understand business drivers and strategic business vision.

• Customer Services mindset.

• Good at spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English.
