DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare materials preparation tools.
• Receive order information from the waiter and prepare the product according to the customer’s request.
• Ensure that a drink is prepared according to the correct recipe, quantitative standard of the customer requirements.
• Eye- catching, attactive drink decoration.
• Coordinate up drink menu ideas for restaurant.
• Check drinks before serving guests.
• Clean preparation areas and equipment.
• Store Drinks in temperature-controlled facilities.
• Receive and store supplies.
• Train and supervise other staff.
• Basic spoken and written English.
• Polite manner and professional appearance.
• Good communication and hospitality skills.
• Some Bartender experience is preferred but not essential.
• The position requires a flexible work schedule and some days may require split shifts.
• Sosical insurance.
