Mô tả công việc
-Develop and expand a portfolio of freight forwarding customers through digital outreach, phone calls, and online platforms.
-Handle inquiries related to air freight, sea freight, cross-border trucking, and provide tailored logistics solutions.
-Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to prepare competitive quotations and service proposals.
-Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and close deals.
-Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Participate in sales campaigns and support marketing efforts for lead generation.
-Ensure proper documentation and system updates for each transaction.
-Monitor market trends and provide feedback on service performance and customer needs.
-Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
Yêu cầu công việc
-College/University graduate.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Inside Sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
-Good knowledge of international shipping (INCOTERMS, customs procedures, documentation).
-Confident communicator with proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
-Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
-Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for sales.
