New Business Development

Proactively identify and acquire new customers in the logistics sector, with a focus on freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and value-added services.

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging customer needs.

Solution Consulting & Customer Engagement

Meet with prospective clients to understand their logistics and supply chain requirements.

Develop customized logistics solutions aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.

Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Contract Development & Management

Work closely with internal departments such as Pricing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to build competitive commercial offers and service agreements.

Lead the contract negotiation process, ensuring both commercial and legal terms are aligned with company policies and customer expectations.

Monitor contract lifecycle including approval, execution, renewal, and compliance tracking.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service performance.

Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service scope within existing accounts.

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related issues.

Reporting & Strategy

Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and contract progress to management.

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and annual revenue plans related to contract logistics.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Economics, International Business, Logistics, etc.).

Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics industry; experience in contract logs or contract management is highly preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

English proficiency: able to communicate effectively and read/understand contracts (Korean language is a plus).

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
