BID (Business Innovation Development)

● To be a mixologist/Barista, providing technical supports (R&D, training, demonstrating.. ect) for all clients of LongBeach, especially key accounts;

● Research & innovate drink concepts and update drinking trend for customer's LTO as well as internal communication;

● Manage, operate & preserve LongBeach studio;

● Following up and executing all LongBeach brand’s activations and sponsorship/events according to plan (measurement, analysis, and propose adjusting plan);

● Setup and operating and report of LongBeach branding activities monthly;

● Support sales team to get more customers;

● To assist, operate & participating in events in request as Road Show and Exhibitions (Such as Food and Hotel Vietnam, Cafe Show, VIETFOOD or related exhibition);

● Take responsible work as assigned and Report to supervisors upon request.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Nationwide (Vietnam)

Reports to: Sales Director (in Thailand) / BI Manager; Sales Manager (Vietnam)

Conditions of Service: Full-time

Qualifications / Skills:

● Passion for food and beverage trends and the hospitality industry

● Ability to build strong relationships internally and network externally

● Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills plus the ability to flex your style to reflect key customer needs.

● Sound commercial acumen

● Well organized and ability to meet deadlines through strong project management discipline.

● Some flexibility regarding working hours and be willing to travel (circa 30% traveling nationwide)

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

● At least 3 years of experience in the same position

● Candidates with experience in the F&B or Horeca industries will have an advantage

● Good command of written and spoken English/ Vietnamese

● Interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

● Able to travel upcountry occasionally

● Language: Vietnamese (Proficient) and English (Proficient)
