Biên Phiên Dịch Tiếng Nhật (IT Communicator)

• Communicate directly/meeting online with Japanese customers to determine their requirements of the project and then pass them to development team in Vietnam • Ensure effective understanding and transmission about projects' matters/ Q&A,... to the team; • Provide translation services for project documents, requirements, and client communication between Vietnamese/English and Japanese languages; • Work with Managers/Leaders to resolve related issues (technical issues, change requests, operational issues, investigation requests, customer requests) • Undertake other tasks assigned by Manager.
