Bike Operations Manager

The Bike Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities related to Bike drivers, from registration to contract termination. This role ensures effective operation across all related departments, including procedures, driver management, operational coordination, and compliance with SLAs.

Responsibilities

Registration and Onboarding: Control and organize the registration process to ensure alignment with the OB plan for new drivers.

Reducing Termination Rates: Monitor and propose solutions to decrease contract termination rates.

Coordination and Performance: Organize and manage coordination to ensure driver performance and operational efficiency.

Driver Management: Oversee driver management in accordance with operational regulations.

Service Quality: Report and propose measures to address service quality violations.

Service Provision: Coordinate with relevant departments to propose and implement service provision for driver partners.

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with relevant departments to address customer feedback and issues.

Quality Violation Analysis: Analyze service quality violations to propose lists and topics for retraining.

Plan and Budget Management: Control the progress of operational plans and budget execution.

Staff Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate staff to ensure effective performance.

Bike Projects: Organize and manage projects related to Bike operations.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Experience in technology-driven driver services is preferred.

Data management skills: Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL and Power BI.

Strong management and strategic skills.
