Billing Executive

Role Summary

Be responsible for the current company’s main billing tasks such as: sending debit notes, collecting invoice of trucking charges, local charges for import/export shipment then input on EUSU system. Correct input following sales quotation and Vendors contract.

Specific Accountabilities

- Coordinate with customer service & docs team to provide enough information for billing process.

- Collect and check all shipping documents from OPS/Customs and Trucking Team to submit to customer.

- Check all fees such as E-Invoice/ Quotation and other related shipping documents/ evidences then compare with contract/tariff.

- Create basic data into EUSU and input all costs (adding costs, pay on behalf cost: lift on/off, local charge, Demurrage /Detention container charge /storage, repair charge…) into system, issue CSR (request payment) refund to vendor/OPS.

- Check and confirm debit notes from vendors, issue CSR after receiving VAT invoice and documents.

- Ensure Billing are accurate with no error

- Ensure timely and accurate invoices are issued each month;

- Keep working with accounting dept. to check customer payment

Required Skills

- Computer skills with Microsoft Office software (Excel / Outlook)

- Be able to communicate in English with skills; reading/writing/speaking

- Having the knowledge about the process of Import/Export cargo as customs, trucking…

- Be able to team works or work independently

- Able to work overtime (if needed)

- Diligent, detail oriented and be able to work under pressure

Experience and Qualifications

- At least 1 years of experience in similar position

- Graduated from College or university major in Logistics or Accounting
