BIM Architect

ArcHesco Consultants (a joint venture of Archetype Group) is hiring BIM Modeler and BIM Coordinator for the Architect Team. These full-time positions involve contributing to high-quality architectural BIM production and collaborating on offshore projects, with a strong focus on Middle East projects.

- Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

- Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams on LOD control, clash detection, and issue resolution

- Review BIM models and data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards

- Support design coordination, drawing documentation, and data extraction

- Manage BIM data, collaboration platforms (ACC/BIM 360), and model archiving

- Participate in meetings and contribute to improving BIM workflows, tools, and productivity

- Work flexibly within the team and comply with quality check and review processes

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction Management

- 2–5 years of BIM experience (role assigned based on experience level)

- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD (Revizto, SketchUp, Rhino, 3Ds Max are advantages)

- Good understanding of BIM methodologies, coordination, and documentation

- Experience with ACC/BIM 360; ProjectWise or Solibri is a plus

- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects

- Good command of English (written and spoken)
