BIM Designer - Builder (AutoCAD/ Revit)

If career growth is important to you, we not only know how to help you with that, it’s what we love to do: youtu.be/PUqzuWryYcU WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING · Responsible for operating Revit | AutoCAD | Vertex BD based applications to create a model, modify, deploy, and review a USA Residential Wood House construction drawing to meet client requests and Builder standards under task types: Job Start, Base Plan, Revisions, etc. · Exposure to Optioning conditioning within the BIM applications for creation, maintenance, or upgrade on Master Set. · Exposure to client communication through email and conference calls. · Have and apply an adequate general knowledge of US residential building codes and standards. · Develop and maintain moderate productivity speed, quality control and project accuracy. · Provide an above-average level of customer service to all Customers (Internal and External) · Work in a team environment. · Perform other related duties as assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too: · Fresh graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, and Draftsman. · 0-5 years of experience in a related field. Freshers are also welcome. · Ability to read or interpret Construction Drawings - Architectural and Structural. · High attention to detail with a high level of cognitive skills. · Pursuing skills in basic problem solving or analysis of plan review · Good modeling skills and detailed implementation. Proficient use of Revit | AutoCAD | VertexBD, or a 3D software is a huge advantage for this position. · English skills equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher. Good at communication skills. · Integrity and carefulness.
