BIM Manager

BIM Strategy and Process Management

• Develop, implement, and oversee BIM standards and workflows for each project.

• Propose, research, and apply emerging BIM technologies to enhance design and management efficiency.

• Establish and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure compliance with the company’s BIM workflow.

Model and Data Management

• Organize, develop, and update 3D models and detailed 2D/3D drawings generated from BIM throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data within the BIM model.

• Manage data structure, naming conventions, access permissions, and document storage.

Coordination and Quality Control

• Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, design teams, and contractors to ensure effective multidisciplinary coordination.

• Manage and perform clash detection and coordinate the resolution of conflicts between different systems.

• Supervise BIM implementation and conduct periodic reviews of shop drawings to ensure project compliance.

Training and Development

• Train and guide team members on BIM workflows and tools (Revit, Autodesk 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.).

• Support architects in adopting digital technologies and workflows.

• Build and maintain the company’s BIM libraries (Revit Families, BIM Templates).

Analysis and Reporting

• Prepare progress reports, present BIM results in technical meetings, and report to the Project Director.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

• Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural projects using BIM. Junior: 1–3 years of experience, or strong Revit capability with a clear interest in BIM and technical development.

• Proficient in Revit for modeling, documentation, and technical coordination. Understanding of BIM workflows, project processes, and clash management.

• Proficient in AutoCAD for detailing; knowledge of Rhino/Grasshopper is an advantage.

• Familiar with international design and construction standards is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English
