BIM Modeler

- Create 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, etc., from 2D CAD drawings, PDFs, hand sketches, or point clouds related to civil, industrial, and urban infrastructure projects.

- Develop 3D BIM models for disciplines such as architecture, structure, interior, urban planning, infrastructure, or MEP.

- Utilize BIM models to produce 2D drawings, extract quantities, and input data as required.

- Ensure that 3D BIM models comply with project standards and company standards.

- Create and manage project libraries.

- Support the team leader in early detection of design errors and inter-discipline clashes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a fresh graduate with equivalent practical experience.

- Strong passion for and understanding of BIM, with a keen interest in building a career in a BIM-focused environment.

- Proficient in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.

- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Possessing professional knowledge, practical construction knowledge, or real-world design experience is an advantage.

- In-depth knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a distinct advantage.

- Willing to take on new challenges and tasks.

- Strong teamwork skills, enthusiasm, and a high sense of responsibility.

- Ability to work independently and develop solutions.

- Good English skills are an advantage.
