[Binh Duong] (Assistant) Site Manager, MEP

1. Project Management: • Supervise the construction of MEP works of the Industrial Park. • Manage quality, quantity, progress, implementation costs, EHS standards of contractors participating in the MEP aspects of the project. • Review and approve construction and installation contracts, set up on-site processes, and implement quality control systems. • Review design drawings & approve shop drawings. • Develop detailed construction schedule and monitor assigned tasks. Supervise M&E contractors in accordance with the contract. 2. Supervision of M&E works: • Conduct direct inspections and oversee the construction process and survey to ensure compliance with project requirements, construction standards, and Vietnamese regulations. • Continuously monitor and inspect mechanical and electrical construction works on the site, promptly indentifying and reporting any issues to Project Manager. • Coordinate with relevant departments to provide recommendations and proposals throughout the survey, design, construction and handover documents processes to authorities. • Understand MEP construction regulations, monitoring procedures and associated protocols. • Take responsiblity for receiving and handing over the MEP system in the whole Industrial Park: Including air conditioning, M&E, light electricity, water supply and drainage, fire protection. 3. Manage the documentation of M&E works: • Verify the compliance, quality certificates of equipment, materials, construction products. • Participate in the acceptance of work and supervise material testing process.

• Hold a degree in in Electrical Engineering from a Univerity or College. • At least 6 years of experience in the similar role, preferably worked in construction companies. • Understanding of electronic systems and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues. • Hold a Certificate of Water Supply, Electrical Medium Low Voltage Grade 3. • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant specialized software. • Have a good understanding of building construction regulations, including fire fighting specification requirements. • Excellent communication & writing skills in Vietnamese and English. • Display a strong sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
