[Binh Duong] Executive, Tenant Experience (Industrial)

A. Tenant Relations: • Deal with tenants whose factories and/or warehouse are located at Binh Duong Industrial Park. • Advise and assist in Pre and Post Investment application and procedures. • Address tenants’ enquiries and requests within timeframe of local regulations and organizational policies and service standards. • Refer tenants to other partners and services as required. • Maintain updated knowledge of relevant renting legislations. • Liaise and engage tenants on opportunities for expansion. • Track and analyse tenants need and directions. • Conduct and analyse quality assurance surveys to enhance services provided to current and promising tenants. B. Collaborate with other Stakeholders: • Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to update latest tenants’ information. • Prepare prospective sales data regarding developing tenants to support Marketing team. • Serve as business translators when dealing with potential and existing tenants. • Identify and propose more efficient work practices with Managers and the team to support sustainability initiatives. • Budget and forecast expense arising from Leasing activities.

Job Requirements: • Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese (Background of Chinese or Japanese or Korean will be an advantage). • Based in Binh Duong and willing to work between Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City. • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service. • Working experience with Corporate Clients in Industrial environment is a competitive advantage. • Prior working experience in Marketing is a plus. • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics equivalent. • Exceptional interpersonal skills. • Positive and professional demeanor. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment. • Demonstrated ability to work as a team. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment. • Technically savvy and able to learn company-specific programs and software.
