[Binh Duong] Intern, Tenant Experience (Industrial)

1. SOP & Tenant Database (30%): • Input, update & improve database of Existing/New Tenants. • Support Tenant Experience (TE) team in re-checking & updating TE’s SOP. 2. Administration (70%): • Documentation works: Payment/Claim process, Purchase process, courier & practice (If any); prepare & submit e-contract.... • Support TE team in setting up and executing logistics for tenant’s events. • Support TE team in setting up internal meeting and meeting preparation. • Draft & generate notification/ letter to internal/external stakeholders, when required. • Other tasks as assigned by TE Manager.

• Good English communication skills. • Good Computer skills (Excel, ppt). • Positive and professional demeanor. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment. • Demonstrated ability to work as a team. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment. • Technically savvy and able to learn company-specific programs and software.
