Acquire sufficient technical and marketing and sales knowledge for bio and organic products.
Develop and implement strategic Sales Plan and Forecast to achieve company’s objectives for product, and customer development.
Develop and recommend product positioning, strategy of product, pricing, distribution and promotion to expand market share for the next 3 to 5 years.
Achieve satisfactory profit / loss ratio and work with Finance Manager on this objective.
Direct sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals based on company’s sales targets and objectives.
Manage and be in charge of Sales Department to achieve Sales targets as the orientation of company throughout Vietnam.
Work with all HODs, in particular Marketing, Supply Chain Dept. and Finance departments for preparation in advance, for all activities, budgets, and supporting materials.
Build and submit the seasonal sales plan, based on the fiscal year, to Top of Management.
Deploy, implement sales activities and take a main responsibility of sales achievement. Work with regional managers based on sales plans and set clear guidelines for implementation.
Monitor and evaluate result of market research, adjust sales strategy to meet customer demands and competition in the market, and obtain feedback from customers closely, and recommend to Top of Management. for appropriate actions where needed.
Collect information about competitors’ product, sales and promotion activities.
Gather market information, competitor information & crop trends related to bio and organic products for industrial farms, and organic crops.
Market segmentation, product positioning and product development planning.
Provide product characteristics, crop techniques, technical support related to the product as needed.
Check and update the content and design of product labels. The label must conform to Plant Protection Department regulations.
Control inventory of products in charge.
To implement dumping management based on corporate guidelines for customers as well as regional sales task force.
Build direct sales channel and distribution system by expanding new market.
Make report monthly about sales achievement, potential of the market and make proposal of dealer system development, and report to Top of Management..
Work closely with Customer Service department for Map Club C1 and C2, as well as farmers to further enhance customer relations.
Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events based on corporate standards.
Build up and manage sales operating budget.
Analyze and control implementation expenses of Sales and Marketing Department. Ensure budget management effectively to balance to sales and marketing achievements.
Definite objectives and timeline for projects.
Allocate staff, carry out training courses, and evaluate performance to develop and control sales programs.
Coordinate with related Departments for team work building in projects.
Take attention on company’s benefit and contribute to business development; discuss to relate Department to solve problem.
Good knowledge on the Collective Labor Agreement, company regulations and maintain confidential on issues related to the company.
Other tasks as assigned by Top of Management.
Make weekly and monthly report to General Director and Deputy General Director.

Knowledge and education level:
Graduated from concerned university: Plant Protection/ Agriculture/ Economics / Business, Administration or related fields.
Knowledge about plant protection products and related products.

Problem solving / Analysis
