Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and meeting planned sales goals on Control solution business and BMS solutions.
Identify new channel opportunities to drive growth in the target segments/verticals as well leveraging existing channels.
Go to market with networking activities, marketing, customer meetings, proposal development and customer presentations to deliver outstanding customer value. Creating sales strategy for all solutions opportunities. Work with operations to assess risk and provide technical solutions that meet our customers’ needs.
Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies. Develop detailed sales forecast and provide input to budget.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Market research and development.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Having experience in Building/Engineering Construction, MEP (Mechanics & Electricity), ELVE (Extra Low Voltage Electricity).
Having experience in selling BMS (Building Management System) solution or relevant all platforms/software (serviced by Schneider Electrics, Honeywell, SIEMENS, Johnson Controls).
Ability to design BMS architecture/solutions, work on costing and design of solution, good understanding of HVAC operations
Having strong knowledge on HVAC & Plumbing control system (BMS).
Having general knowledge on Elec. monitoring / Lighting Control System, ELV system.
Having excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Having extrovert personality oriented at teamwork and high personal accountability.
