Mô tả công việc
The successful candidate will primarily utilize the Salesforce platform to manage and drive customer service activities, as follows:
1. Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Record and maintain all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in an accurate and timely manner.
• Reconcile and monitor general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare journal entries, trial balances, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in preparing management and statutory financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Manage employee reimbursements, petty cash, and expense claims in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with IFRS/ GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.).
2. Reporting and Compliance
• Provide timely and accurate financial data for internal and external audits.
• Support the preparation and submission of statutory reports to tax authorities and regulators.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and external service providers to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
3. Process Improvement and Systems
• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Participate in system implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing financial workflows.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Progress toward a professional qualification (ACCA, CMA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
• Experience within an international, consulting, or service-based organization is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks,..) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated integrity, responsibility, and commitment to confidentiality.
