Branch Manager

• 1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the branch, ensure the effective implementation of the company's strategies, systems and processes in the branch.

• 2. Responsible for branch’s market development, establish and maintain customer relationships, increase market occupancy.

• 3. Responsible for branch’s team building, cultivate and improve the business ability of team members.

• 4. Control costs and improve the profitability of the branch.

• 5. Supervise the compliance operation of the branch to ensure that the business of the branch complies with national laws and regulations.

• 6. Coordinate the relationship between the branch and headquarters, other branches and partners.

• 7. Report the operation status of the branch to the headquarters timely and put forward improvement measures and suggestions.

• 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the headquarters leaders

• 1. 负责分公司日常运营管理，确保公司战略、制度和流程在分公司的有效实施。

• 2. 负责分公司市场拓展，建立和维护客户关系，提高市场占有率。

• 3. 负责分公司团队建设，培养和提升团队成员的业务能力。

• 4. 控制成本，提高分公司盈利能力。

• 5. 监督分公司合规运营，确保分公司各项业务符合国家法律法规。

• 6. 协调分公司与公司总部、其他分公司以及合作伙伴之间的关系。

• 7. 及时向总部汇报分公司运营状况，提出改进措施和建议。

• 8. 完成总部领导交办的其他工作。

1.Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in management or marketing.

2.More than seven years' experience in international freight forwarding industry, familiar with sea, land and air transportation and customs clearance business, more than two years' management experience.

3.Chinese or English as working language.

4.Have good communication skills, focus on team work, ability to work under pressure and have strong execution.

5.Skilled in using various office software.

6. Have good professional ethics.

1. 本科及以上学历，管理类，市场营销类相关专业优先。

2. 七年以上国际货运代理行业经验，熟悉海陆空运输和报关业务，二年以上管理经验。

3. 中文或英文能作为工作语言。

4. 具备良好的沟通能力，注重团队合作，能抗压，执行力强。

5. 熟练使用各类办公软件。

6. 具备良好的职业道德
