About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand & Integrated Marketing Director to lead our new SKUs and lines of the existing successful in-house brands and drive impactful launch & product strategy that leverage the omni-channel & online marketing tactics that elevate our brand presence and market share within the beauty and personal care industries. This position is an opportunity to lead a fast-paced, brand-loving, customer-centric, product-savvy execution young dynamic team who are specifically trained for market adoption mindset.
You will be responsible for managing product launch pipelines, marketing strategies and managing budgets to achieve the first 9-months of each product' launch and growth targets. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a leading beauty brand in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Execute top down approach to develop and implement comprehensive product & marketing strategies & create bottom up plan for execution team.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product development & marketing team, including pulling outsource resources to manage the top and bottom line in a timely manner. Have the ability to spot the right talent for the team.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Performance & KOL Marketing: Be a strategist and optimize the team’s resources and relationships for each marketing campaign across various channels, including but not limited to performance ads, social media, search engine marketing, and influencer collaborations, negotiating on contracts.
• Product Marketing: Be an expert on beauty and personal care products and the market to ensure the successful product development and multiple go-to-market strategies. Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
• Promotion Strategy: Develop and implement promotional strategies that drive sales while maintaining brand integrity and pricing strategies.
• Brand Building: Co-lead the brand-building initiatives to enhance brand awareness, affinity, and loyalty. Develop creative and engaging content, manage PR and media relations, and oversee events and partnerships.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain a clear KPI and monitoring dashboard to manage day to day data on team performance, product and brand performance, marketing data and to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management.
• Process Improvement: Be a champion on implementing and optimizing marketing simple but powerful processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product & marketing, with a strong emphasis on the beauty or personal industries.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and department growth track records.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing marketing performance data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging trends.
• Experience working with KOLs and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bonus Points:
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience working with e-commerce, brand, omni-channel, consulting companies.
• Passion for the beauty & personal care brands.
