Responsibilities:

- In-depth understanding of media performance and hands-on experience in executing performance media campaigns, including tactics and advertising on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and GDN.

- Ability to accurately interpret media performance reports.

- Effectively communicate campaign details to clients and team members.

- Monitoring all stages of the campaign to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensuring the project adheres to budget, timeline, and achieves the set KPIs.

- Proposing or contributing ideas to the team for campaign/project development and execution.

- Performing administrative tasks to help manage and organize campaigns effectively (including financial documents and other related records).

- Preparing progress reports throughout the project to keep clients and colleagues informed.

- Providing weekly reports and potentially coordinate with freelancers on a per-project basis.

- Report and manage project budgets and outsourcing.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.

- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

- Proactive working attitude to achieve maximum performance.

- Strong project management skills, especially in time and budget control.

- Detail-oriented, careful, with strong problem-solving mindset.

- Good aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
